Shipping times, refunds, free rounds, what happens to a design you share — the FAQ covers most of it. If it doesn't, or something's gone wrong with an order, email me and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

If it's about an order, include the order number from your confirmation email — it saves a round trip. If it's about a design in the shop that you'd rather wasn't there, say which one and I'll take it down.
